As we prepare for the Feast, there are some important points that I want to bring to your attention:
- Please return the reservation form as soon as possible. The form was sent home on Thursday. We are expecting to be at capacity this year, and we are only able to fill reservations on a first come first served basis.
- We are asking each family to bring 1 dessert for the meal. Drop off times will be shared with you at a later date.
- Do not include VBA students on the reservation form because we have already counted them. Please see the form for further instructions.
- There is no charge for VBA students to attend! Also, there is no charge for children under 3, but we do need to include them in our numbers, so be sure to list them (children under 3) on your reservation form.
- Your TADS account will be charged on December 5.
- This year on Feast day, we will have a different procedure for picking up your children. Also, we will have a different procedure for how we seat families and how we serve the meal. More details will be given about these things at a later time.
- School officially lets out before the Feast. If your child will not have a parent, guardian, relative, or adult friend available to attend the Feast, we ask that you make arrangements for your child to be picked up by 11:30a.
- We will need LOTS of help setting up and cleaning up! Set up will take place on Thursday afternoon, and of course, clean up will take place after the Feast. If you can assist with one or both of these, please email Matt Ticzkus by clicking here.
